Aphrodisiac Overnight Oats Recipe
Wake Up In The Morning Do It All Again! 🔥
Michael and I do smoothies a lot in the mornings along with our His & Her Bar #SexySnackTime but on Sundays we usually have something new.
This Aphrodisiac Overnight Oats Recipe is super easy to make and is a FUN & SEXY spin on traditional overnight oats!

What you will need:
- 1 Cup Oats
- 1 & 1/2 Cup Almond Milk (or any plant based milk of choice)
- 4 tsp. Chia Seeds
- 1 Tbsp Pure Maple Syrup (or any natural sweetener of choice)
- 1 Tbsp Cinnamon
- 2 His & Her Bars (diced up into bite size pieces)
Pour first 5 ingredients into medium sized bowl and mix well. Next, add in 1 His & Her Bar (cut into bite size pieces) we saved the other bar for the topping at the end!
Place in refrigerator overnight ideally or at minimum 3-4 hours
Take out of the refrigerator and stir ingredients all together again (they should have thickened and fluffed up by now)
Place into serving bowl or cup (we used a mason jar) and top with the other His & Her Bar bite size pieces and enjoy your aphrodisiac overnight oats!
